Dear All,
Thanks for your support on reading my blog for quite sometime. Actually, begining of this year, I have a sudden urge to stop blogging...... but I still continue. And on and off this feeling keep arise. Lately, I feel this feeling is quite strong again....... I think is really time to stop blogging liao.
Normally, people will just quitely quit from writting in their own blog right? But for me I choose to annouce it to you guys out there. I feel that this is a kind of respect. Respecting one another........ Respecting you by reading my blog; Respecting myself by writting my blog. And by doing so you don't need keep login and check any new things happening or not.
Of course I will feel 舍不得，had been writting for so long. Stop Blogging??? If I have a sudden itchness to write HOW? If too bore at work and want to write HOW? I had already say out loud here, I am not going to blog anymore, but after sometime I blog HOW? Then will be very paiseh leh! .......... Anyway, I don't think that far......... live in the present. Tentatively, I really have the urge to stop my blogging activities liao. Stop for how long, I don't know.
I am always happy to share my experience with everyone out there in the past.......... this sharing might somehow help you or might make you feel worst or might even hurt your feeling. I don't know. If I really hurting you, I am really very sorry about it. Overhere, I appologise 对不起 (with a 鞠躬）. I really appreciate your patient with my english and my point of view and those pics.
If I really have a sudden urge to write...... YES, maybe I will continue blogging in this blog very soon? Or I might open another one but is privately? Or I might just only keep in my heart? Or ......... some other way out........ I don't know right now.
Things always have a begining and ending......... stop this blog doesn't means the ending of my activities; It doesn't mean ending of my blogging too........ Actually, it is a begining.......... begining of my new other things in life...... I am looking forward to my life, what I can explore more in my heart or from the surrounding. Really looking forward.........

Heart warming
Oh, yes. Last Saturday was the volunteering at children home. Any inspiration?
Errrhhhhh.......... sorry lah, this round no inspiration leh....... hahaha........ Hello, where got so many inspiration one lah! Hehehe.........
I guess, both the kids and us know one another liao.......... that's why the "spark" between us reduced this round..... but the "warm" between us increased. Why I say so?
Ya..... Initially, we were new with one another. We were "unknown" with one another......... so can see the "sparkles" come out. Once we know one another..... they open themselve and we open ours too..... and together we kept ourseleve warm. Hahaha.........
This time, they behaved themseleve very well. They show their interest to learn things, to learn yoga. They listen to the instruction clearly and willing to follow up with us slowly....... of course sometimes will see them lost their patient, but still able to catch their attention back quickly. I am glad that we had slowly build up certain relationship with them. This is important for long term volunteering. We must had mutual trust with one another, if not we can't progress together.
I am glad that we all these volunteers had the same direction towards the goal and we can unite and do things together with our mutual understanding as well.
Why I say warm just now? Because I feel the warm from the kids. I don't know is it we provide them warm, and that's why they are giving it back to us immediately.
I remember while I am standing and seeing whether are the kids doing the postures correctly........ suddenly, I feel my right arm sooooo warm. Then I turn my head towards my right arm, and I found a girl hugging my arm (this round I am in the girl team). And her head leans against my arm like very yang orh. I have a sudden warm feeling in my heart........ oh... this girl so sweet and I sayang her head and smile at her.
Tell you......... actually, these kids were more sensible then what you can think of. I don't know was my feeling correct or not or maybe I don't have kids so I think this way. Yes........ most parent will think their kids were the most sensible kids in the world. But to me, they were very sensible boys and girls too!
Intially, after the 1st and 2nd round with them, I always had a perception in mind and that was these kids will flights! These kids will challenge you! These kids will this and that....... (although I love them, but I still get shock initally). But I think I need to set all this perception aside from today onwards! I had more things to learn with them! Yes!

My Mandala
(double click to enlarge it).Hi Hi..... haha........ Wonder what is this right? Hehehe....... Me too free at work again lah....... so find things to do lor!
While I am reading a webpage about yoga for kids (wanna to get some ideal what to teach on the coming Saturday mah.) then I found out that they had posted up some kids drawings about their own Mandala........ http://www.yoga4kids.org/
So I feel fun to try it as well....... and I draw my own mandala also lor!!! Hahaha........
Ok, in that web, they also explain what is indiviual diagram means.
My Mandala:
By right the outer rim is in cricle not in diamond shape. Because my paper is in rectangular, so it become diamon shape when I draw it lor..... bear with it.
1) Circle means harmony.
2) Sun --> I love sun as it shine, without sunlight most living things will die. I love the sun energy. My sun is in yellow, as it is a morning sunshine..... good for skin and is healthy! Orange is heat, it keep us warm.
3) Ocean --> I love ocean as it has many beautiful creatures living in it. The purple colour with a mask and snorkeller is ME! Happily swimming together with fishes as freedom as them. Ocean is in blue as it is a calm colour. Me is in purple because I left purple highlighter in office...... :P hahaha.....
4) Sand --> I love sand, it always warm my bare feet during the day. Starfish and sea shells are there to accompany the sand. Without them.... sand will be very lonely. Same thing, orange is warm, so sand is warm too.
5) Birds --> Free ourseleve from greed, hatered, ignorance. They do not have any colour as they are transparent.
6) Trees --> It give us oxygen to "breath". Is in green because tree is green in colour. hahaha.....
This is my mandala..... so what is yours?
Very childish right? Hahahaha....... Hey, sometime we must pull back ourseleve. Like a kids! Do somethings that kids do...... you will find, you are as lovely as kids too! Life can be stress but can be peaceful as well. :)
Wish you have your mandala soon! It only take me a few mins to finish this drawing.

I really did not plan for the class yet. Don't know what to do........ heck lah.... 随机应变 lah! Really, with pass experience we do alot of hardwork on planning. And ended up, don't really use it during the class.
So this round, we change strategy....... Just follow the flow on that day.
I remembered a master always told us....... "Things still need to be planned, but always remember don't over planned it." "Keep some ideal in mind, the rest just see the situation." "Not everything that you planned will come true and be perfect."

Oh ya, the home agreed to set a timing for us to teach the kids yoga. So is every 1st week of the month (excpet May and Dec). And I have committed on this event! Still the same announcement. If you are interested, call me....... not neccessary to have yoga back ground. As long as you have the heart for the kids. Thanks!

New Era to Port Dickson
Hi! Hi!
How is your CNY this year? Is the year of TIGER! Did you roar out loud??? I enjoy my CNY this year. As usual, my company has a long shut down. We only resume work on 22 Feb 2010. So that mean I have a whole week break! Hurray! Hum......... wait, wait.......... A week break? So what should I do? Staying at home???? Erh...... very waste leh....... So of course go HOLIDAY lor!
Actually, mths back, I did think of going Shanghai visiting my friend. Free stay somemore........ but no lah...... I want relax holiday. So during Dec, I already turn down the offer so where to go leh? In Jan, I have a sudden urge, wanting to drive in Malaysia very much. I wish it can happen and I really did!!! Hehehe.......
Of course to many other people, it is nothing special to drive into Malaysia lah very common mah.......... but to me, is a new trying lor. Initally, I plan to go with my sister but she has performance during CNY. So I thought it might be hopeless again to drive in........
But ended up, I try to ask another kaki of mind and she can make it...... Hurray! She ever said:"You dare to drive and I will dare to take you ride to Malaysia." So my answer to her during that time was:"You dare to take my ride and I will dare to drive you in Malaysia." Hahaha............ SO OK LOR! SET!
Set? Set then go where? Hehe....... and is very last mins plan, about 2-3 weeks away from our departure. And futhermore, we plan to go during CNY, hotel almost fully booked. My first choice is Water Legend Resort, but fully booked. Then look for Avillion resort, also fully booked. Then keep searching ...... oh! found a 4 star luxury resort and that is "Thistle Resort"....... Hurray! There is room available........GOOD!
Then quick hands and quick legs.......... Booked it! Kiasi, no more room.
No regrets to stay in this resort! Very shiok! BIG BIG swimming pool and a Jacuzzi pool! Somemore, sea side is just infornt! Best of both! They have some water sports too! And I went for kayaking during this trip! Hahaha....... Donkey years did not go for kayaking liao.......... kayak out to the open sea is easy....... but coming back to the shore..... Haha......... 用进吃奶的力！Futhermore, kayak alone.......... my friend chose to stay at the jacuzzi pool ...... shiok, shiok relaxing there..... and me the stupid one..... chose to struggle in the open sea! HAHAHA.........

A pasa malam beside their public beach.....(like East Coast Park).
One afternoon, while we are shopping at one and only one retail shop at the resort..... we causally talk to the sales girl and she recommended us this resturant. She said the food here very bagus. So no harm trying lor...... we found this place base on her verbal description. Finally, we found it..... and hor.... this resturant only open on the 9th day of CNY!
We did not manage to taste their foods, but are very sure that we had fed their mosquito very well! Mosquito..... our blood very tasty right!
Singapore to Port Dickson should be very fast right? By right, within 3hrs can reach right? Do you know, I spend 6hrs to reach!!!! Hahaha...... not that I am driving like tortise. When the sign board show speed limit at 110km/h, I am speeding at 140-150km/h liao. And when come to speed limit at 90km/h, I am speeding at 110-120km/h liao. But how come still take 6hrs to reach??? Hahaha.....
During the journey to P.D, we explore Yong Peng (the place that coach stop) and then we lost our way there and take up sometime lor! We want to buy some goodies mah...... Aiya, I know...... you sure ask why don't go Malacca to buy! Aiyo..... 1st time mah..... have not study Malacca Map yet lah...... give me sometime to digest also mah......
Yong Peng have 2 exit (242 and 241). When we see "Yong Peng" this 2 words, we are so excited..... and just happily turn in..... Ended up the wrong one lor. The correct exit should be 241 (coach resting plc). Oh ya hor, maybe 242 also can reach the place that we want to go too hor. (try it next time, see whether 242 and 241 can link or not).... but we choose to make an U-Turn so when we turn out, we are at the going back to Singapore direction. So my 又爱又恨GPS tell us to make an U-Turn at Ayer Hitam.......
Finally, we are at the right track towards P.D, but my "heart to Yong Peng not die yet" "die die also wanna to explore, to find my answer".
I tell my friend, if we just continue our way up to P.D without trying to turn in Yong Peng again, we will never ever know the place. And we will forever just driving straight forward without exploring our left and right....... I think she feel acceptable.... so she agreed and we try again. This time, YES! We make it! Exit 241. We spend sometime there lor.......
And come back we also used 6hrs to reach Singapore leh! Hum..... What can I say leh? I also don't understand. Hahaha.......
One last joke! You sure laugh out loud one! While going to P.D...... I am too excited and I am very happily driving through out ........ without notice something. So last day, while driving on the way back to Singapore, at Portdickson Highway........ Suddenly, I shout out loud :"OH! SHIT!"....... Then my friend asked me what happen.
I pause for quite a while and the atmosphere is very quiet. And I said:"I forget to bring my driving licence." And then both of us laugh out very loud...... HAHAHAHA............ Alamak!!!! Driving without bringing a licence! And futhermore, driving in overseas! Steady right! Hahaha......... buay tahan me right? Aiyo....... Sometime, I also can't stand me this woman! Why got this kind of woman one! Aiyo, headache!
Luckly, my friend did not scream at me.... haha...... she still say nevermind, don't think too much about it. haha...... pray hard...... no police stop! Hahahaha.......
But after sometime.... aiya, what no licence .... all forget about it liao lah..... we still joke in the car while driving..... joke at where is the speed camera! hahaha...... Whenever we see the speed camera signboard, we will "Cheese"! Hahaha.......
Next time if you take my car..... please ask me: "Do you bring your licence." Hahaha..... if not you kanna 吃牢饭 also don't know why? Hehehe.......

Mingala 后续
Hi,
Still remember I have written a blog in Oct 2009 on Mingala - means "all the good things" in Burmese?
Those friends have came back from their voluntary expedition trip.

Just a little more info on their this project.......
Before the expedition, they had a fund raising at Sin Ming by selling Chicken Rice and at the same time offering it to the old folks there.
Then after the expedition, they did house painting cum cleaning for the old folks at Telok Banglah. It was in Jan during my mediation retreat so I did not attend. Anyway, I have jio some of my friends to help them up on this event....... If you are the one, you can look at the link.

Never wrong to call me "suliana".
CNY is coming very soon, so this few weeks my family is busying spring cleaning. As usual over this weekend, we are cleaning & washing and cleaning and washing and more cleaning & washing. Lucky we get 2 helpers to help us on all the chores with us.
Then that day, I want to wash my car mats so I went to the car and collect it. I wore a lok kok T-shirt and a pair of lok kok shorts. And maybe my hair is abit messy after doing those cleaning. while I am on the way up in the lift with my car mats, I meet an old indian lady.
Then this lady keep staring at me with the car mats. And I am wondering why?........ but I still smile at her. Finially she buay tahan already, so she start to speak simple English with me.
Old indian lady : "You, Philippines?" (Yes, I know she want to ask me, am I filipinos!)
Then I reply:"No, Singaporean."
Then she just "oh, Singapore" and smile back at me.........
Hey friends, you all have named me as "suliana" is never a wrong one leh! Hahahaha.....
Aiyo! Go downstair take car mats only, how beautiful you want me to dress!!! Wearing a grown, putting makeups and perm my hair? Hahahaha....... :D

Then that day, I want to wash my car mats so I went to the car and collect it. I wore a lok kok T-shirt and a pair of lok kok shorts. And maybe my hair is abit messy after doing those cleaning. while I am on the way up in the lift with my car mats, I meet an old indian lady.
Then this lady keep staring at me with the car mats. And I am wondering why?........ but I still smile at her. Finially she buay tahan already, so she start to speak simple English with me.
Old indian lady : "You, Philippines?" (Yes, I know she want to ask me, am I filipinos!)
Then I reply:"No, Singaporean."
Then she just "oh, Singapore" and smile back at me.........

Aiyo! Go downstair take car mats only, how beautiful you want me to dress!!! Wearing a grown, putting makeups and perm my hair? Hahahaha....... :D
