Day Dreaming

From news, I know that there was apartments (Park Central @ AMK) going on sales somewhere near my house. AMK st 52, is just a few street way from my present house. Park Central @ AMK. My work place is at AMK also, so yesterday lunch time I sneaked out early to go and have a quick view.

Hum..... it is a condominium—style public housing. It is rather quite small in sqm, but I feel cozy and good. 4-rm flat is selling at 400K+ to 500K+ and 5-rm flat is selling at 500K+ to 600K+. The 4-rm flat is about 90-93 Sqm and the 5-rm flat is about 112-120 sqm. In total, there are 4 blocks, each block have 30 storey.

The location is good, in front is a wet market, Shop and save, shop houses, AMK HDB Branch, Botak Jones, MRT/Interchange quite near just 5-8 mins walk, near to AMK Park/Garden, near to CC. All level of schools are just nearby, from primary to Polytechnic. Exit CTE............ GOOD, GOOD, GOOD.

The best part I like most was, hehe........ 90% are ready finished. It come with fittings like built—in wardrobes, air—conditioners, kitchen cabinets/stove, heater, parquet flooring and etc. Wah........ If I buy it, I can just move in with a pillow and blanket will do. Haha...... don't need to do any reno sooooo goooood..... hehe.

The minor things need to done by the owner will be lightings, funitures and electrical appliance will do.......... Futhermore, can get HDB grant, deduct from CPF and get HDB loan.........

After looking at it...... start dreaming again..... Master Bed room: my bed room; 1st bed room : will be rented out; 2nd bed room: will be my entertainment room (watching tv / computer) and LIVING ROOM: will be my YOGA STUDIO! (putting nothing just yoga mat...... haha).

Dream, Dream, Dream.... keep dreaming and is Day dream some more.... haha........

You know what!!! I yet to reach 35!!! Can't buy! Why government set the rule at age 35 and not 30?

Even I reach the age limit, where to get the money???? Rob the bank? Or Print MONEY? hehe......... (做梦无罪吧!)
