No Time, Not Free, Busy........ sorry all this is not an excuses. Lately I am really very tight up with things and now I am really very exhausted. Busy with yoga activities, busy with religion activities, busy with meditation class, busy to see doctor (my TCM doc stay in the west, after seeing him, I need to drive to another place to buy my medicine. Very time consuming), busy to meet up with friends (how I wish all my friends know each other well, so that I don't need to meet up one by one).
My Yoga Dance course coming soon in early Oct....... after that, I be will busying logging in my teaching sessions. It is an assignment given by the school. Marathon coming soon...... No time for training yet! (although just 5KM)..... Sigh! Sigh! Sigh! There are 2 more friends queneing to meet up with me. Sis and mum bd coming soon........... I want to cry liao lah! *cry out loud*
When can I have a GOOD BREAK!!!!
Please excuse me for this few months, hopefully I will not be that busy after all this actitives..........
But hor, tell you one things...... I am free at workplace!!! Sigh! But I can't sleep, can't rest and can't meetup friends in workplace right? Haiz....... haha

Just for Laugh again and again!
Have a good laugh with this Chinese innovative delivery method, forget about DHL, UPS or FedEx, do it the Chinese way ....

"Dear Cousins,
I am sending Ah-ma body to you since it was her wish that she should be cremated in the compound of our ancestral home in Tung Shin. Sorry, I could not come along as all of my paid leaves are consumed. You will find inside the coffin, under Ah-ma's body, 12 cans of Yohmeitsu, 10 packets of Swiss chocolates and packets of Chinatown Lap Cheong.
Please divide these among all of you. On Ah-ma's feet you will find a new pair of Nike Air shoes (size 10) for Ah boy. Also, there are 2 pairs of shoes for Ah Mei's and Ah Lien's sons. Hope the sizes are correct. Ah-ma is wearing 6 CK T-Shirts. The large size is for Ah Bak and the others are for my nephews. Just distribute them among yourselves. The 2 new Armani Jeans that Ah-ma is wearing are for the boys.
The Rolex watch that Lee Ah Bai wanted is on Ah-ma's left wrist. Aunty Pei Pei , Ah ma is wearing theTiffany necklace, earrings and ring that you asked for. Please take them. The 6 white Polo cotton socks that Ah ma is wearing must be divided among my teenage cousins.
Let me know what else you need as Ah Kong also not feeling well nowadays. I can send all required things when our Ah Kong goes back too..."

3rd Review after Lasik
On 12 Sep 2008, I went for my final review at The lasik surgery clinic. Now I know why I still can’t see very clearly at night, sometimes, even day time.
When I reached there, they did a power check on my both eye. After that, they did an full eye test (which means by reading the wordings and colour from the projector) on me. During the test, haha.... you yourself can sense whether is your eye sight perfect or not. Haiz....
After the test, doctor will ask me in to examine my cornea using a scope. He will check whether was the flap lay properly on my eye? Was there bubble while recovering? Then Dr Yap told me...... “Ok, everything is fine. You don’t need to come back anymore.”
Hehe.... now was my Q&A session again.... I asked him, my vision is blurred. He told me due to driness so I must remember to put eye drops. Then I asked him, how was my eye power? I can’t read certain small wording. Then he told me, I still had a little bit of asti.... Left eye 50 and Right eye 25. Sigh!!!! Hate to hear asti.
Then he continued, no point to go for another round of treatment just because of such a low asti. And it was very difficult to get rid of low asti. Huh! Sigh, again! I really dislike asti.... Always double vision. If both side 25, I still can accept but no lor!
Then I continue to ask him, will my asti increase further? Then he answered that my degree most likely will not increase further..... so means what? I am asking asti not degree leh? I don’t really understand? But hor forget it lah.... Since he said 50 and 25 asti was considered low and difficult to get rid. What to do? Accept it lor
My sister asked me, so you wanna to do enhancement till perfect vision? I told her siao arh...... Doctor also said difficult to get rid of low asti liao...... My backside itchy is it! Furthermore, must go all over again because of such a bearable asti? Not worth. Right now, although blur vision, but I still don't need to wear a spectacles. I told her..... waiting until one day, I got the “lau hua” then I do Lasik again…. Definitely not NOW lor.
Tell you one thing. When meeting the doctor sessions, it was around 1.30pm. But hor, Dr Yap had not taken his lunch. His lunch was still on his desk.... Can tell the food was cold liao...... Very pity him. And I realize all the doctors lunch in one lor. There will be an “ah sum” bring their lunch in for them. Their business really very very good lor........

Yoga Exhibition at Ulu Pandan CC
Aiyo…… whole body aching…… 骨头都要散了。 Very very very tired, had been busy with all kinds of activities since last month till now. If you see me, I am really a REAL PANDA NOW! Whew, finally everything over and I can take a BREAKKKKK…….!
Wei, wei, wei….. what break….. NOT yet ok! You still have not completed your yoga profile write up for approval OK! You still have Yoga Dance course coming up in Oct OK! Then your group of yoga friends is going to organize a YOGA GROUP ASSOCIATION OK!
Siao liao………. count me out from the Yoga Group Association can or not. I am not energetic as last time, 饶了我吧！ Always find TIME NOT Enough…… hum….. MONEY also NOT Enough….. Haha.
Below are those pics on 06 Sep, showing the event in Ulu Pandan CC. We are having our yoga exhibition there to promote “OURSELVES” and YOGA course. Chey…… The organizer expected to have 2000 to 3000 visitors, but ended up…. Hum….. I think only 500 to 1000 visitors the most. Haiz, as expected lah! But hor, waste a lot of paper lor….. sigh….. Told them not to print so many copies of flyers, now must use it as “大便纸”liao……..
