As a buyer I need to meet up vendor as and when, when they want to pay me a visit. (Like an animal in the ZOO – Oh Ya! Visiting a Panda….. Hahaha! Talk nonsense again.)
Oh dear! Today, a vendor from XYZ company visited me……. Oh….. haha….. This vendor made me think of Kan San – an ex colleague of my 1st job. The way they talked, their action, their facial expressions were so alike.
He talked in pieces of English and I am like playing Puzzle, trying to match his pieces of English into sentences. (Ok! Ok! I know, I know, my Ang Mor not good also, so I can’t comment right? Haha…..)
He talked very politely with abit of shyness in his expression. Keep wiping his face with a man handkerchief because he was nervous. Why I know he was nervous? Hehe….. Because I am very naughty…… I teased him….. haha….. When I saw him kept wiping his face with his handkerchief….. I asked :”Are you very hot.” (Hahaha….. Of course, I know the answer is NO lah….. soooo cold in my office…… Hahaha…) Then he replied:”I am very nervous.” Hahaha…….. (me very bad hor! Yes, I know…….. suay, he met me). Hahaha………
He just newly come from Japan and was new to the environment. So can tell his was nervous and worry but he was curious with everything. Beside, talking on job / company issued, we also talked about other things such as Singapore transport, weather, taxes, government……. He told me “Singapore is very GOOD!” “GOOD Weather” “GOOD Government!”. Hahaha….. so pro government.
Very open person…… haha……. Kan San also the same during that time when he was in Singapore…….. both new bird in Singapore but different timing.….. haha………. Wish you all good luck.
