Valentine Day!

Last Saturday, Siew Lan was back in Singapore. Have been 2 years not seeing her liao. She still remains the same except more wrinkles at the corners of the eyes. Oh, oh, forget to introduce who’s her. She is one of my friends, San’s roommate cum schoolmate in Hawaii. Whenever she is back in Singapore we will meet up. She is a Malaysian, but she will purposely travel down to Singapore to meet up with some of her friends. In year 2004, we visited her and stay at her apartment for about 2-3 weeks. Wah....... times really fly. It was so fun and romantic over there.

I remember we went during New Year Eve 2003, so when we reached there, it was still a New Year Eve. Haha….. and you can see fireworks everywhere. They can buy their own fireworks and play it at their back yard. Wah..... Wonderful!

Every Friday night, there will be fireworks along the Waikiki beach. And if you are walking along the street, you may see the fireworks flying all over your head. Haha..... can tell you hor, it was a very romantic place lor...... wonderful sunset, beautiful Beaches, cooling Sea breeze, big sea wave, plenty of stars in the sky, colourful fireworks....... haiz, expect my partner was a gal lah...... haha...... anyway, still not much diffi, we still create our own romance....... except that we cannnnnn’t KISS each other and do something else lah!..... errrh..... you should know lah! Don’t act innocent leh! Hahaha......... Siao! Hahaha.......

Ok, back to topic, so coincident it was a VALENTINE Day!!!! Hahaha...... And all of us are still single, so we so called had a “celebration” together...... San, Siew Lan, Priya and Me.

This was the 1st time I met Priya as well. She was both of them Schoolmate. We had our lunch at Marina Sq (one of the restaurant), and had been sitting down there eating and talking and eating and talking for 4 hrs or more.

Actually, it was more like a classmate gathering, they were talking or so called gossiping their classmate....... This guy how and how and how, and then this girl and that guy how….. and then that guy and this girl married and stay in where and where and then move to where and where.......haha....... (like what we did when we have class gathering)....... hahaha........And there was a funny story came out from Priya.

She told us, during her school days in Hawaii, her cousin and her cousin’s friends (a couple) visited her so they decided to climb the Diamond Head. Diamond Head is a volcanic crater. See link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diamond_Head,_Hawaii

It will take you about 1-2 hrs to climb up to the mountian top. The pathway were all steps. Priya and her cousin were those very unfit kind of person....... So they intend to walk slowly. But the couple chose to walk very fast because they were anxious to reach the top. Before, you can climb up to the very top to view the city, you must walk passed a short distance of narrow cave (if I am not wrong, can’t remember very well.) It was quite dark inside, sometime you need a torch.

Then when you walk to the end of the cave there was an exit. The exit was just a natural mountain cave exit. Without doors, and very short and small. You must sqeeze yourself in and out the exit. If you were too fat, hehe....... Good luck to you........ go and think of a way to fold yourself through.

Then their friend’s husband was so anxious, he did not bend enough to pass through the exit, he bang onto the wall (the wall is not like our cement wall, the wall is the cave stone wall)..... haha..... immediately, he fainted. Hahaha....... lucky nothing serious, just a shocked and fainted.

This was not the end, then his wife, haha..... walked too fast, ended up can’t catch her breath in the cave...... hahaha...... when she reach the open space at the top..... she feel giddy and throw.....

Lucky, there was a so called “guided” near the top of the mountain, so he give both of them water to drink. hehehe..... And Priya and her cousin both felt. Alamak! Hahaha.

Me very bad hor....... I still can laugh at people...... hahaha......

I had been there as well, and tell you. It was very windy at the top, and the view was. wah...... excellent! Can see the Wakiki beach and the hotels nearby..... very good view lor.

Before, we go back home, we asked Siew Lan to come back every Valentine Day, so that we can celebrate together. haha..... Ooopsss...... that mean 4 of us must be single for another year is it??? Hahaha......
