HOLIDAY CHILDREN YOGA

Yoga helps children relax, focus, and strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection through breathing, singing, stories, art, games and fun, fun, fun yoga movements. This school holiday, give your children a gift of yoga, let them experience the joy of being little yogis and develop self-awareness through the most natural ways.

Can i go backpacking? Can I?
This feel days, suddenly feel like packing my bag and go backpack again...... Hehehe.... I miss the feeling of backpacking alone and meeting new friends on the journey. Everyday is an exciting day.
BUT.......... NO MORE LEAVE! Still owe company 8.4 days!!!!!! Ask them to deduct my salary but they say don't need. Just collect my leave back slowly. Haiz..... That's mean I can't take leave until next year lor!

活在“黑社会”的日子里！
My brother design and build this playground with his buddy help. He build it for his kids...... and during my visit there...... hehe.... it is also my playground too........
There is a mini bridge, mini flying fox, mini monkey run....... The kids love it..... and I love it too...... Don't be surprise the bridge can withstand my weight ok..... I can still play with the monkey run..... hum.... except flying fox....... I am too tall to play with it........
You see...... the kids are climbing up and down........ sometimes they do hurt themselve, but is a norm to them......... This is how my brother train them....... and how he train me when I am young too...... hahaha...... YES! you did not read wrongly........ that's why I am what I am now...... haha......

The lemon on the lemon tree.
My brother's house had been broken in by thief about 3 times. Lucky no major break in. They just stole electric saw, or some accessories in the backyard......... So inorder to prevent this happen and happen again, he decide to chop off this tree and install electric fencing. His main door that enter the house have at least 6 latches and 2 locks for it...... haha........ can you imagine how safety? Forget to take that pics of his door........
Ladybird. During our free time, the kids will teach me how to do "拯救ladybird大行动"! We will rescue the ladybird inside the pool. Don't let the ladybird get drown.........
I do take more pics then this, but I decide not the share too much overhere........
S.A is really a very unsafe country but I am still glad that my nephews and niece are not staying in Singapore. I am still happy they can spend their childhood in S.A. Is not that Singapore is not good. Of course Singapore is GOOD, everything ready there for you...... so convinence, so safe.
But I am happy that they can experience different lifestyle then in Singapore. A much bigger country, a more mountain and trees country, a huge amount of animals......... I think all this is important. This can sitmulates their thinking, be more creative. Tell you, those kids art pieces was like..... wow......
Their drawings are all surrounded by animals, mountians, trees and flower....... Their art pieces materials come from where? Is from their backyard. They just pick a few dry leaves and they can come out with something. Nobody teach them. Not my sister in law, not my brother, not my brother buddy....... They do it all by themseleve with their creative brain.
They are surrounded by natural resources....... tell you, although they are not in the International school..... but their natural resources knowledge will sure win you and me. I am surprise when I am there too...........

Overthere, they don't have examination from Grade one to Grade three...... I know many ang mo country is like that. I love this concept too, hopefully Singapore implement this programme in Singapore can be successful. Let the child develop their own capability instead of pushing them with homeworks and homeworks and homework. Kids stress; parent also stress.
Just now talk about unsafe, yes. Is really unsafe in term of health care and criminal. Overthere, I can't remember how many percent of the population have AIDS, but is quite a huge number. The kids must be very careful when bleeding. The criminal is 101% high..... rapes, rob, etc........
But because of the unsafe, they make the kids know how to take care of each other. They are trained to be Unite. They are trained to protect themseleve in School. Sometimes, when I heard they get bully at school, I also quite heart pain. But at this age, they are trained to protect themseleve is a good thing too.........
So unsafe factor is also become a pro factors in another way..........
Anyway, I hope them doing well in S.A........ and have a bright future in the near future...... :) All the best my nephews and niece. Love you all always!

说得很好，很喜欢这句子。
是的，勇气根本不是天生的嘛！有谁敢说他天生不怕死。。。。。。。 哈哈。。
我的勇气也是一点一滴累计而来的。。。。。。。
我也有害怕的时候，只不过用了累计而来的勇气来面对未来罢了。
谁敢说第一次上学不害怕？谁敢说第一天上班不害怕？谁敢说第一次学驾车不害怕？谁敢说第一次自己出国不害怕？谁敢说第一次下海潜水不害怕？谁敢说第一次教课不害怕？谁敢说每一个第一次都不害怕？。。。。。 没有吧？

Enrichment Seminar
Yesterday, heard a news about Singaporean will be facing tougher global economy..... as Singaporean is neither here nor there...... we are sandwich, etc.... etc..... So MOM going to build new training campuses, inorder for us to be more competitive.....(I did not really watch the full news lah) ... But in brief is something like that lah......
Yes. This news really link me to think back on a seminar which I had attended on the past Saturday, 15 Aug. What seminar was that??? Is a PA induction seminar. PA always have this programme. They invite all those new trainers in that year, and have a brief introduction on what is PA mission.
Tell you, I really surprise that PA will really get such a good speaker for this. His name is Dr. Charlie In. He is not a ikan bilis from nowhere..... His company is doing wealth enrichment firm helping individuals and businesses achieve their true worth. In short, you can say he is a Consultant, Master Trainer, Invester, Lecturers, Researcher, Chairman of certain association, Manager of so and so company .......... (overhere, I don't talk much about his portfolio.)
Currently, due to his work, he need to station a 2-3 weeks in China once a month so he fly here and there......... And according to his point of view, he told us........ Right now, Singaporean really must work very hard. We must run 2 times the speed of China, we must 2 times as hardworking then China. If not, we will lose out very fast and limited space for us to stand.
Of course, everyone of us know China is awaken.......... and their speed is really very fast......... everyone can tell this point...... but you know it, and did you really do something about it? Did you move on or did you still marching on the same spot (Hanta taki)?
What I want to say here is not that we must compete with China....... but at least we must know where we stand.
Government is right, we need to learn new skills. Keep learning new things. Keep upgrading..... but please not only in term of paper. Paper is important and skill is important too. 活到老学到老！
Then he talked about Singapore Customer Services...... haha..... Which I always observe Singaporean how to serve customer....... He told us, Singapore Customer Service always can't improve, do you know why? Because we only know what is G.S.T.
What is G.S.T? Not the GST taxes lah........
G = Greeting.
When customer walk into the shop, greet them.
S = Smile.
Always smile to your customer.
T = Thank you.
Always say thank you when customer leave the shop.
So this G.S.T is really come out sincerely from their heart, or they were asked to do so then they do it?
You and me sure know the answer right!!!
In this seminar, he remind us........ do thing with your heart & soul, sincerely and love. Offering things with your heart open....... Do it with your passion. Not only dollars and cents.
Then he also remind us...... we as a trainer is a very good opportiunty for networking. Eventually, our students / participants will become our BIG potatoes in the market. Our database will gain bigger and bigger each day.
Then he also teach us a tip during the class or giving a speach........ he mentioned that when we are teaching look for a focus point. Look at someone that is always supporting you, believe in you. How to spot it? By looking at someone always smile at you, knotting his/her head, give you a supporting look. Don't look at those students that give you black face, shaking their head or don't even one to look at you. The effect will be opposite when you look at different students. This will really affect your teaching during that class / speach.
Yes. He is right, there is once a student always give me question marks look. Ended up I become more and more nervous and did not teach well at that lesson. Hehe......
Ya, ya.... all this sound very familiar right...... have been heard it some where there right? Hehehe...... I believe everybody know, but just a matter that do you always remember it in mind or not. Did you use it practically or not.
I heard all this when I join the Leadership training course in CC........ wow...... really long time did not attend this kind of enrichment seminar liao..... Is really a good refresher. I never think that attending PA seminar can feel so good........ I always work in SME company, so can say never have enrichment seminar before So I always need to source my way out.
Of course he teaches us many many other things too...... His speach is really 生动 to me lah........
At that seminar, I get to know some other trainers in different aspect too. There are trainers doing film shooting, wellness of health, Arts, printing T-shrit, Hip Hop, etc......... You see, this is another networking again........ :)
Ok, end here...... hopefully, there is more interesting seminar coming up.

活在野蛮世界里的日子！
Pretoria - Pilanesberg National Park

02 JUL (Thur) Pretoria - Sun City

08 JUL (Thur) Johanesburg - Gold Reef City
When we touch down in Johanesburg, my sister in law come an fetch us. We just head to my brother house, and the next day, we went to those places.
Hum...... I am enjoying my time with my nephews and niece, so nothing much to write here. Happy viewing.......
We are ready to set off to Plianesberg Game Reserve. It would be 1 to 2 hrs journery.
All of us squeeze into my brother 7 seaters car.......... 6 Adults and 4 kids..... hehe....... Sardaine, but we have been used to it. :) We always like to squeeze.............
Here is the entrance. A few rules and regulations which I remember are:
1) Do not winded down the car window while in the game reserved. (but some ppls still bo chap one lah.....)
2) Do not get down of your vehical at anytime. (Only some located area are safe to do so because there are fiencing.)
3) Do not feed animals.
4) Do not provoke the animals at all time.

The kids are always very difficult to get in place especially taking photos. One of them get ready, maybe the other is throwing tantrum. Hehe...... But they are kids, so is very normal. Must be patient.
Yes! Finially.... hehee.....
In the Game Reserve Park. We are hunting for animals....... When we spot one.... haha... Very excited. We will drive as close as possible. Is like diving, when someone spot somethings, everyone gather at that spot. Hehe.......
Any vehicle with 4 wheels can drove into the safari.
Can you see a colourful bird on the tree? It is Lilac-breasted roller.
You know what is this? Is Ants House. 蚂蚁窝...... eeeee.... just imagine if you try to remove the soil ...... hehe.... what you see???? Yucks..... all ants running out ....... *Goose pimples also come out liao*
This pics is not 蚂蚁窝..... is just a bush surving on a rock. How come this plant can grow until like that......
This elephant was consider a medium in size but compare to human, he is huge. When we spotted him, he was trying to "attack" a bush vehical (about 15-20 seaters). Inside this bush car were those UK soccer players. (We know that by recongising their red Jersey). Actually, it was not a harsh attack. He was trying to cross the "road" and then this vehical drive stop infront of him. Then he get aggitated. He standed in his 2 back legs and his 2 front legs were like stepping on the bush engine. It made the vehical "bounce" a 2-3 times, then he stopped it and move on. A very fast action, before, I can snap anything.
Then we drive much more closer after he cross the vehical path way.
Then we spotted a group of zebra....... hum.... actually is many group at different spot.
Look carefully, Zebra is not only Black and White in colour. They have brown colour fur inbetween.
Cute right sniffing the other zebra asss..... hehe... then far far behind is a Giraffe. They are all happly living together.
We are quite close to them and they did not run away from vehicial. I think is a norm to them liao...... We just take the photos inside our car with some zooming lah.
If you don't know what is "Zebra Crossing" come to Africa, this real zebra will demostrate to you.
Hehehe....... they will just walk across the driving path road to show you what is "zebra crossing" lor......... *dae* 歉扁............... hahaha.......
Don't ask me what animal is this. I have forgotten, must ask my nephews. Hehe... He know these animals better than me. Haha.......
Hum..... look like wildebeets but in certain like not leh.......

You know how thick is giarffa tongue? Hehe.... Just imagine, their favoured food is this toothpick branches. In chinese we called 牙签树 . Really look like toothpick and is very pokey.

Overhere is a group of Warthog.
If you see carefully, this warthog is tearing...... Aiyo why so sad???
They are springbok. So that mean, the don't run but they always spring and spring and spring. Really, I am not joking. They really spring alot........
Oh, here then is the wildebeets. They are with a group of Helmeted Gunineafowl. Happily eating together. hehehe.....
Just incase you don't know what is Helmeted Guineafowl. This is the one, a kind of bird in South Africa. Like chicken or Turkey running about on the ground.
Hey, look at this guy! What's that? ........ Hippopotamus. It is really a big guy enjoying his suntaning alone.
Aiyo..... why so lonely.......... Furthermore, you run away from the lakeside. Run away from your group and having suntan at this remoted place........... Suntan must jio your friends one mah........ Oops, don't tell me 你搞自闭！hahahaha........... hum....... or you intend to 漏三点??? Huh? hehehe..........

This is the 2 crocodiles at the lakeside. Same thing, they are doing suntanning.........
King Fisher. They are really very good in catching fish...... They really show us how they catch fishes and every attempt never fail.

Here is one of the lake inside the Game Reserve. We seems like very close to this lake right?
Yes, we very close to the lake and can say is on top of the lake. There are a few huts for us to view the animals around the lake closely and quitely. One lake there will be a hut...... hum.... I think there are about 3 lakes in this game reserve.
We need to walk along this path to get to the hut to view those animals near the lake. There are electric fencing along the 2 side of the wooden pole. So is quite safe...... but I can't say is 100% safe hor........ But not too worry lah......... They allow you to walk around means still OK. But I forget to take the pics of the hut.
This is the place we park our car at the entrance of the gate to the hut. As you can see, they do good fencing here...... some other spot only have normal wire fencing plus electric fencing. Different place different standard....... hehehe....
We are at one of the resting cum view spot.......... what are they looking at???? I don't know too....... This spot is a good example. Only have wire fencing surrounded..... but many trees lor.
Wow..... like soooo pro hor..... haha..... actually, we also don't believe they know how to look through bino..... but kids are like that.....小霸王. Is solely for them only....... we can't even touch it...... haha.......
Here is the only one resturant in the Park......... All western food lor... but taste nice. In the resturant, there are full of animals head and I think is ready from animals one lor.
And in the resturant, you can find some animals as well. But they are keep inside the fencing one lah.......
There is one of the exit / enterance gate.
We stay in this Amritz Private Lodge (B&B). I can't remember how many kilometer away from the game reserve, but is still quite near. When we reach there is about 5pm+ but the sky is going to be dark.
This lodge can sleep 8 adults in total. In total, there are 4 bedrooms. 2 at ground floor and 2 at upper floor. The 2 bedrooms at ground floor are attached with bath room. On the upper floor they have 2 bath room as well, just next to the bed rooms.
This is our bedroom (upper floor). Their bed are all single bed.
Beside us is 2 washroom at the right hand side.

The open concept kitchen.
There are 2 lodges, 1 campfire area (outdoor), 1 resturant and the office just next to the resturant........ This is the private path towards our lodge......... The place here is very nice...... hum.... very peaceful, quiet, fresh air........ I love this place. Just one thing I can't bear.... and that is freezy COLD!!!
Behind is the Resturant. The owner will cook according to our request. We have mini buffet style at this resturant. And the office just next to it.

There is the campfire place....... very nice. Especially at night. It warm you up with fire........
After our breakfast, we went for a scroll. There is also a farm with sheep and goats grazing around the camp.
I think because of winter, if not many animals will be running about in this camp. They have peacock, guinea fowls, bunny, birds, etc...... just that did not take pics on it...... Why??? Because my nephews are playing with our cameras........ They are at the age of curious with technology.........
Still remember the 牙签树 which I mentioned earlier? He kanna poke by it...... cry until like nobody business...... But actually no bleeding leh......... haha...... Not very serious one lah........

You see the road??? This long straight road??? Is the road towards the Lodge............ Is another 鸟不生蛋的地方. This kind of sand road...... With both side bushes........ and then furthermore, the African are so dark....... haha.... imagine at night when you see them...... How??? Haha...... But they are smart also.... Sometime, you can see some of them wearing those luminious vest..... to protect themseleve......
Finally, I have finished the Pilanesberg Game Reserve...... woooooh......... Still have Sun City, Zoo and Gold Reef City...... Hum.... So to be continue lor.

When we touch down in Johanesburg, my sister in law come an fetch us. We just head to my brother house, and the next day, we went to those places.
Hum...... I am enjoying my time with my nephews and niece, so nothing much to write here. Happy viewing.......
We are ready to set off to Plianesberg Game Reserve. It would be 1 to 2 hrs journery.
All of us squeeze into my brother 7 seaters car.......... 6 Adults and 4 kids..... hehe....... Sardaine, but we have been used to it. :) We always like to squeeze.............
Here is the entrance. A few rules and regulations which I remember are:
1) Do not winded down the car window while in the game reserved. (but some ppls still bo chap one lah.....)
2) Do not get down of your vehical at anytime. (Only some located area are safe to do so because there are fiencing.)
3) Do not feed animals.
4) Do not provoke the animals at all time.

The kids are always very difficult to get in place especially taking photos. One of them get ready, maybe the other is throwing tantrum. Hehe...... But they are kids, so is very normal. Must be patient.

In the Game Reserve Park. We are hunting for animals....... When we spot one.... haha... Very excited. We will drive as close as possible. Is like diving, when someone spot somethings, everyone gather at that spot. Hehe.......
Any vehicle with 4 wheels can drove into the safari.
Can you see a colourful bird on the tree? It is Lilac-breasted roller.
You know what is this? Is Ants House. 蚂蚁窝...... eeeee.... just imagine if you try to remove the soil ...... hehe.... what you see???? Yucks..... all ants running out ....... *Goose pimples also come out liao*
This pics is not 蚂蚁窝..... is just a bush surving on a rock. How come this plant can grow until like that......
This elephant was consider a medium in size but compare to human, he is huge. When we spotted him, he was trying to "attack" a bush vehical (about 15-20 seaters). Inside this bush car were those UK soccer players. (We know that by recongising their red Jersey). Actually, it was not a harsh attack. He was trying to cross the "road" and then this vehical drive stop infront of him. Then he get aggitated. He standed in his 2 back legs and his 2 front legs were like stepping on the bush engine. It made the vehical "bounce" a 2-3 times, then he stopped it and move on. A very fast action, before, I can snap anything.
Then we drive much more closer after he cross the vehical path way.
Then we spotted a group of zebra....... hum.... actually is many group at different spot.
Look carefully, Zebra is not only Black and White in colour. They have brown colour fur inbetween.
Cute right sniffing the other zebra asss..... hehe... then far far behind is a Giraffe. They are all happly living together.
We are quite close to them and they did not run away from vehicial. I think is a norm to them liao...... We just take the photos inside our car with some zooming lah.
If you don't know what is "Zebra Crossing" come to Africa, this real zebra will demostrate to you.
Hehehe....... they will just walk across the driving path road to show you what is "zebra crossing" lor......... *dae* 歉扁............... hahaha.......
Don't ask me what animal is this. I have forgotten, must ask my nephews. Hehe... He know these animals better than me. Haha.......

You know how thick is giarffa tongue? Hehe.... Just imagine, their favoured food is this toothpick branches. In chinese we called 牙签树 . Really look like toothpick and is very pokey.

If you see carefully, this warthog is tearing...... Aiyo why so sad???
They are springbok. So that mean, the don't run but they always spring and spring and spring. Really, I am not joking. They really spring alot........
Oh, here then is the wildebeets. They are with a group of Helmeted Gunineafowl. Happily eating together. hehehe.....
Just incase you don't know what is Helmeted Guineafowl. This is the one, a kind of bird in South Africa. Like chicken or Turkey running about on the ground.
Hey, look at this guy! What's that? ........ Hippopotamus. It is really a big guy enjoying his suntaning alone.
Aiyo..... why so lonely.......... Furthermore, you run away from the lakeside. Run away from your group and having suntan at this remoted place........... Suntan must jio your friends one mah........ Oops, don't tell me 你搞自闭！hahahaha........... hum....... or you intend to 漏三点??? Huh? hehehe..........

This is the 2 crocodiles at the lakeside. Same thing, they are doing suntanning.........
King Fisher. They are really very good in catching fish...... They really show us how they catch fishes and every attempt never fail.

Here is one of the lake inside the Game Reserve. We seems like very close to this lake right?
Yes, we very close to the lake and can say is on top of the lake. There are a few huts for us to view the animals around the lake closely and quitely. One lake there will be a hut...... hum.... I think there are about 3 lakes in this game reserve.
We need to walk along this path to get to the hut to view those animals near the lake. There are electric fencing along the 2 side of the wooden pole. So is quite safe...... but I can't say is 100% safe hor........ But not too worry lah......... They allow you to walk around means still OK. But I forget to take the pics of the hut.
This is the place we park our car at the entrance of the gate to the hut. As you can see, they do good fencing here...... some other spot only have normal wire fencing plus electric fencing. Different place different standard....... hehehe....
We are at one of the resting cum view spot.......... what are they looking at???? I don't know too....... This spot is a good example. Only have wire fencing surrounded..... but many trees lor.
Wow..... like soooo pro hor..... haha..... actually, we also don't believe they know how to look through bino..... but kids are like that.....小霸王. Is solely for them only....... we can't even touch it...... haha.......
Here is the only one resturant in the Park......... All western food lor... but taste nice. In the resturant, there are full of animals head and I think is ready from animals one lor.
And in the resturant, you can find some animals as well. But they are keep inside the fencing one lah.......
There is one of the exit / enterance gate.
We stay in this Amritz Private Lodge (B&B). I can't remember how many kilometer away from the game reserve, but is still quite near. When we reach there is about 5pm+ but the sky is going to be dark.
This lodge can sleep 8 adults in total. In total, there are 4 bedrooms. 2 at ground floor and 2 at upper floor. The 2 bedrooms at ground floor are attached with bath room. On the upper floor they have 2 bath room as well, just next to the bed rooms.
This is our bedroom (upper floor). Their bed are all single bed.
Beside us is 2 washroom at the right hand side.

There are 2 lodges, 1 campfire area (outdoor), 1 resturant and the office just next to the resturant........ This is the private path towards our lodge......... The place here is very nice...... hum.... very peaceful, quiet, fresh air........ I love this place. Just one thing I can't bear.... and that is freezy COLD!!!
Behind is the Resturant. The owner will cook according to our request. We have mini buffet style at this resturant. And the office just next to it.

There is the campfire place....... very nice. Especially at night. It warm you up with fire........
After our breakfast, we went for a scroll. There is also a farm with sheep and goats grazing around the camp.
