Ice Cream

Tell you one joke...... hum....... is considered a joke to me, but I don't know is it a joke for you. haha.....

Things happen one evening, while I am watching TV programe. I heard the lift "ding" sound and someone coming out from the lift. (Our block had completed the lift upgrading..... so now lift is just outside our door step.) A young little girl pulling a trolley with a white box on top of it coming out from the lift. And she stop infornt of my house..... below were the dialogue between us:

Young little girl : Hello Aunty, 可以帮我买ice cream 吗？
Me : 对不起，我没有吃ice cream.
Young little girl : 帮帮忙啦！我是个学生。(Her face still ok.)
Me : 对不起，我们不吃ice cream的。
Young little girl : Ok. (Face turn black immediately and give me a kind of look. Then she walked off.)

Don't know you catch the joke or not...... Anyway, let me explain.... Hehe.

I have been consulting Chinese Sinseh for about 1-2 years...... and over this period of time, I adopt a habbit of not drinking cold drinks or eating cold food. In TCM, they believe our organs function are inter link with one another and overhere my stomach is weak so it can't function well and absorb enough nutrition to the rest of the body. Another point is my body is under 湿 category, so I can't take cold things.

So of course I don't take ice cream for about 1-2 years liao lah....... Hehehe...... But if I really want to take of course I can too, just that I am discipline on this. During young time, I am a very weak girl....... always had asthma attack, so from young I know which food I can eat and which food I can't. From there I used to be discipline myself because I know if I eat those food that I can't take, my asthma attack will come and is very discomfort.

But since I grow up, my asthma slowly cured....... so from there, I anyhow eat thing liao..... That's why I grow FAT!

(Back to the ice cream case...... haha)..... So naturally to my character....... I just telling her frankly that I do not take ICE CREAM. Hahaha...... After I say it, I also feel how come my answer so "stupid" ...... haha.... WHO WILL BELIEVE YOU MAN! 没有吃 ice cream! When I think about it I also want to laugh out loud...... hahaha.......

I tell my sister about this story, she also laugh at me...... "WHO WILL BELIEVE YOU! hahaha.... no wonder her face so black lah! She sure think that you don't want to buy say don't want lah..... why telling her 没有吃 ice cream。Who can resist ICE CREAM haha......... "
(but my family members can lor.........)

Ya lor..... Human being are very funny. Telling them the truth, they thought you are lying to them. Telling them the untruth, then they thought you are real! So what is what? Hahaha..... Is very tricky again hor........

Next time, I should rephrase my sentences....... but how leh? You teach me!
对不起，我不可以吃ice cream? Or
对不起，我还不可以吃ice cream? Or
对不起，我身体不好不可以吃ice cream? or what?

Aiyo....... this simple things still need to crack head one mah! Up to her to believe or not lah..... haha...... That's her choice! haha........ :p
