Ya, last year I did mention that I am under depress / stress...... I don't know when I fall over, how I fall over and where I fall over into a depression hole. :p Hehehe..... I just know that my heart have no strength to stand up........ Once I stand up.... suddenly a next thing happen again........ Alot of things keep smash on me..... haha....... But now, ho liao! hahaha........
During the retreat, I clear away lots of rubbish..... haha....... really very peaceful during those few days and now are very happy and fresh! We did not do much things over there...... Just keep slient when necessary, and slower our pace. Keep our pace very slow and just be mindful that's all.
HEHE....... lalalalala.......... CNY is coming. Wish everyone Happy CNY! This year is my YEAR! ..... Waooooooo......

One of our vegie Steamboat dinner. Nice Nice! Very tasty. Their vegie there are so fresh..... Everything taste very sweet! Love their sweet corn...... super super sweet........ Yummy.
See saw! You are right! There is little playground here....... Love the swing....... everyday must take out sometime to swing!
